100m from a supermarket and taxi service, 50m from the local bus stop - you can reach the town center in less then 15 minutes.
		From the apartment there is a beautiful view on ACI Marina Dubrovnik, the most beautiful marina on Adriatic coast.
The marina, which is only 50m away, offers many facilities: swimming pool, tennis courts, souvenir shop, restaurants, coffee shops, a spacious parking lot as well as services of renting a car, a scooter or a bike


Apartman Rudenjak is situated in a peaceful area of Rijeka Dubrovacka (The River of Dubrovnik, or the River Ombla) which is in the vicinity of Dubrovnik. The Town center /Old Town/ can be reached by local bus in only 15 minutes. The Bus stop is 50m from the apartment. In ACI Marina Dubrovnik, which is just in front of the apartment, besides many useful and enjoyable facilities, there is a beautiful Renaissance palace with gardens, once a summer residence of a noble family Sorkocevic. The apartment was built on a river side of the river Ombla which springs about 1 km from the apartment. On the river sides there are renaissance summer villas of many aristocratic families from Dubrovnik.
